December 1, 2008 - Conspiracy theorists have been finding odd shapes and familiar likenesses in objects for years. Between seeing Jesus in a tortilla chip and alien ships painted on the sides of Mayan ruins, it's easy to drive yourself crazy trying to interconnect all the dots and find the meaning of life. We never read much into that kind of stuff, but a new observation of an old drawing has us scratching our collective gaming heads.
First reported by Gizmodo.com, a sketch from 1697 bears an ink illustration that includes two objects that eerily look like Xbox 360 logos floating through the sky. We knew Microsoft loved long-term marketing, but this is ridiculous. The spherical shapes look like normal circles, but it's the wrapped cross in the middle that just begs you to reach out and use it to boot up your system.
